| synopsis = | | synopsis = [[Otoha]] is trying to contact [[Nodoka]], who's currently on the school's rooftop and attempting to solve the mysteries of the world, though an unknown narrator remarks she's getting close to a truth she isn't meant to know. | ||
Nodoka picks up the call and lashes out at Otoha for doing nothing but annoy her, whereas Otoha answers like they have a normal conversation. Nodoka reveals that she's at school to save her life, which makes Otoha wonder why she's at school in her state and what she intends to find that would save her, but Nodoka doesn't know yet as she only figures out that something is going to happen here. She came to that conclusion based on notes her other self left behind, but since she makes some extreme statements during her rant, Otoha begs her to go home and get some professional help soon, which she refuses to do since whatever will occur happens tonight. | |||
Nodoka continues to rant about her lack of knowledge and the weird state of the world, until she finds another possible clue in Shiori's death, at with point Otoha suggests they should bring her mother into a home as being around her isn't good for her. Infuriated, Nodoka goes on another rant on how people like them are written of as insane for seeing the truth and how she will have to carry that burden alone. She ignores Otoha calling out to her for a while, but when she finally answers her, she sees that Otoha is standing next to her in her casual clothes. | |||
She is confused on how long she's been here, and Otoha reminds her she's been her the whole time, having helped her get to the rooftop, and reveals how she's been talking to no one over the phone. Otoha tries to reason with her again, and Nodoka finally listens and agrees to follow her back home. While attempting to leave the roof, however, they're intercepted by someone, and Otoha reveals herself as [[???|someone else]], who apologizes to Nodoka for being unable to help and immediately disappears. | |||
While Nodoka struggles to understand what's going on, the unknown person catches her attention, which happens to be [[Kaori]] in a cat girl costume. | |||
