Synopsis
Sensei finds Tsuneyo standing in the hallway, contemplating the life of whales. He asks if she has any more substantial plans, and suggests that they hang out. Tsuneyo introduces him to Noodles (whom he already knows), and Sensei is alarmed to find that she has given Noodles a knife. He decides to leave because he's "starting to think the bird is talking", and Tsuneyo tells him that she taught Noodles existentialist philosophy.
