Synopsis

Sensei arrives at the Halloween party and, after Sana separates from him, has brief interactions with several of his students.

• He gets called over by Rin to her and Otoha’s table, and asks if he can get an update on their relationship, mostly to see if Rin’s recent mishap was discovered. While Rin gives him a concerned look, Otoha is happy with her and the slow pace of their relationship, and Sensei takes comfort in the fact that Rin is safe for now.

• He wonders where Nodoka is, only to learn that she isn’t coming but that a familiar stranger came instead. Once he looks up, he sees that Nodoka is impersonating Rin in a shameless and failed attempt to mess with Otoha. Nodoka admits that she got a complete set of clothing from Rin for this trick, and Otoha decides to reprimand both her and Rin for this, asking Sensei to leave so she can handle the situation by herself.

• Sensei decides to join Molly and Futaba. After a bit of smalltalk, Molly asks for his assistance finding a drinking buddy, but Sensei is surprised she even considers drinking again after what happened last time, but she assures him she’s mature enough to know her limit.

• Kirin joins them and offers to be Molly’s drinking buddy, mostly so she can witness her drunk behavior personally. Sensei doesn’t think she should encourage it, especially with her intentions, but she moves past both girls and begins to flirt with Sensei instead. This is cut short when Chika arrives, reprimands Kirin for her shamelessness and guides Sensei away, while the girls are dumbfounded by Chika’s assertiveness.

• After moving further away from the rest, Chika wants to know if Sensei has seen Yumi on his way here, but he hasn’t and his advice to text her is useless since Chika already tried that and didn’t get a reply. They’re interrupted by Noriko, who manages to impress Chika with her costume since it's one of Niki's more obscure stage outfits. Noriko asks if she can speak with Sensei in private and leads him outside after Chika reluctantly gives them some space.
