Synopsis
Sensei answers Ayane's phone call — she wants him to meet her on the school rooftop, although she isn't sure why she has gone there. He takes a while to arrive. Ayane has figured out that he is missing a lot of memories, and wonders how much of her past with Sensei is gone? Sensei tells her to focus on the present. Ayane goes on to say that she wants to tell Ami about their relationship — Sensei thinks it's a terrible idea, but Ayane thinks it will be best for everyone in the long run. She says that she is worried about a lot of things. She asks him to accept that there will be parts of her that he wishes didn't exist, and that because they might be hard to talk about, she will instead keep dropping hints in the hope that he understands. She says that it's impressive how good he is at being "intentionally dense" about things he doesn't want to acknowledge. She tells him that something happened, and that she needs his help with it — but when he asks what it is, she stops and says that she'll tell him later.
