After the rest of they went by without a hitch, Sensei follows Ami and her friends to karaoke. Ayane and Sensei tease Maya while talking about the end of the world. Ayane still doesn’t understand much about it and Maya promises to fill her in once they arrive. Ayane mentions how Sensei treats her better after the apocalypse and Ami and Uta, who were wrapped up in their own conversation and didn’t hear anything they said until now, ask if they know something they don’t. Ayane tells them what happened during the last reset, but they end up confused since it involves Sensei running naked trough the school and Maya being partially invisible.
After they arrived at the karaoke bar, Maya fills Ayane in on everything she knows about the time loop and resetting the world, while Ami and Uta sing. Ayane wants to know why only they experience it. While Maya can’t explain why Sensei and she can do it, she assumes that Ayane was pregnant during the last two loops and, because she was carrying a part of his DNA, was seen as an extension of him, which allowed her to experience it. Ayane insists that she wasn’t pregnant during the last loop and points out that Ami shares Sensei’s DNA and doesn’t stay during the reset, but Maya thinks that sharing his DNA isn’t the same as carrying his DNA.
Maya is aware that she has to test new theories regarding the reset and wants to start with her pregnancy theory, because she can’t rule out an unnoticed pregnancy yet. Since she needs an indisputable proof for her theory, she demands that the two of them don’t have sex until the next reset. Ayane isn’t satisfied with her idea since it doesn’t take her desires into account, but Maya doesn’t want to hear it. At that moment, Uta leaves the karaoke room and thinks she stumbled into an intervention for Ayane. Maya, exhausted from everything, is done for now and enters the room to sing some songs.
Ayane and Sensei follow her, but Uta holds him back. She asks him if he would sing this time, but, after what happened last time, he thinks he shouldn’t. Getting nervous about that, she changes the subject and talks about the club reassignment. He doesn’t care since, at best, the girls won’t bother him for counseling sessions anymore, while Uta is excited to enter a club that allows her to do something she liked in the past and is looking forward to his visits. He wants to know what club she chose, but her decision depends on a certain someone.
