Synopsis
After first getting her number from Molly, Sensei attempts to call Tsuneyo. He fails to get even a dial tone and he decides to head for the Old District, hoping to run into her randomly.
Fortunately, he finds her on a familiar bridge. He’s surprised to find her somewhere outside of her ramen shop, to which she admits she hasn’t even gone home since the end of the Christmas party, having felt too “afraid” to do so. As a result, she’s unable to serve him ramen and apologizes for such. He says it’s fine, as he’s not hungry and just needs her help “saving the world”.
Tsuneyo quips she’s too busy with her shop to help with something as laborious as that, to which Sensei counter-offers a single night sleepover. She turns this down too and starts to head back home before abruptly deciding she’s still uncomfortable heading back yet. Instead, she offers to take him out on a date, confusing Sensei as their last exchange wasn't too pleasant. She dismisses all his questions with cold logic before walking away, leaving him to trail behind.
